Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your Beaded Oyster jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Please contact me at info@thebeadedoysterco.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items returned without first contacting me may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Custom or personalized items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible at info@thebeadedoysterco.com with your order number and a photo of the item so I can make it right.
