Each Beaded Oyster order is carefully packaged and shipped from South Carolina.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because many of our pieces are handmade, processing times may occasionally vary. If an item requires additional processing time, we will contact you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible at info@thebeadedoysterco.com. Once an order has shipped, I cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact me at info@thebeadedoysterco.com with your order number and I will do our best to help.
